02/10/08: Belgium reunion, new t-shirts
Sorry for the lack of recent updates ... to be honest, since the reunion shows, there hasn't been much to report on until now.

Belgian fans, a heads up on a TSD Reunion: Click here to the Belgian Dear Leader page hosted by Tom (1stwarrior on the Leaderboard) for more info. It isn't scheduled a full-fledged reunion set like the ones in Boston, perhaps just a couple of songs, but for anyone who wants to take a time capsule back should look into getting tickets. I can't make heads or tails regarding a translation of that page, so good luck :)
I have some new videos I'm editing for upload to YouTube, so if you're looking for more new shows, I'm not completely out of material (yet).
A final note: I'm more than happy to forward any messages I receive via this website to the band, but just so there's no confusion (or disappointment if there's a lack of personal response from band members themselves), this site is completely fan-run and independent of any official sponsorship from Jim, Aaron, Ryan, Shawn, or Colin. They've been incredibly great guys in every possible way regarding this site, but if you send an e-mail, it comes to me and not to them.
Again, please feel free to send any messages or e-mails you'd like, and I'll forward them as I can, but I'm not an official representative of the band. Just in case anyone is wondering :)
01/09/08: The reunion shows are posted!
Thanks to Bill B. for the outstanding recordings! I've uploaded the shows as 192 kbps .mp3, .SHN, and zipped files (so you don't have to download every track individually - I have no idea why I didn't do that for the other shows before ...).
Photos from 12/28 and 12/29 are also posted in all their blurry glory, but they're in unsorted directories without thumbnails, so happy hunting.
01/07/08: DVD Purchase Info!
"Funeral", the new DVD documenting The Sheila Divine's last two shows in October 2003, is now available for purchase via TSD's Google Store for $20. Shipping is $5 for US orders, $12 for international orders. You can buy the new TSD t-shirts from this site as well!

menu in red above and the new format of the updates below. There's still work to be done, so not all of those pages are ready yet, but they'll be on the way eventually.

The DVD ("Funeral") is finally out, with ordering instructions to come. Click on the photo to the left for a larger
version of the artwork.
The DVD features footage from the final "official" shows in October 2003 ("The Funeral"), band rehearsals, two songs from the second-to-last show ("The Wake"), and a full-length commentary
track by Aaron, Jim, and Aaron's very, very young son. It's pretty funny.
Ordering details will be posted as soon as they're available.

12/27/07: Are you ready?
I hope a lot of you are able to make it to the Paradise Friday and Saturday nights for the big shows!
From what I've been told, the DVDs WILL BE AVAILABLE, so make sure to hit the ATM before going into the venue.

make every effort to get it up on the site just as soon as I can.
12/02/07: The word I'm hearing is that the much-anticipated DVD is feverishly being worked on with the hopes of having it available at the Paradise shows. If any more info becomes available, we'll let you know.
In the meantime, for those seeking a TSD video fix, I'm working on uploading all of my video files to YouTube so they can be embedded for watching here on the site. I'll also leave them in .mp4 format for download for anyone who wants to put them on video iPods.

11/30/07: Check THIS out! New t-shirts! Directly from the band (not through this site, so if you have questions about shipping, ordering, or anything else, I can't help). Tis the season to give official band merch!
Also, a re-worked gigography pieced together from the old TSD website will me online ... eventually. I promise (I think).
11/26/07: The bootleg section will eventually be re-populated with .SHN files, per popular request. It may take a while, though, so please enjoy the .mp3s in the meantime!
I'll be adding a PHOTOS section relatively soon, but it will take some time to prepare each of the sections, as I have to create thumbnails and eliminate duplicates. It'll be a slow build, but if you click HERE you'll get a glimpse
of some of what's to come. (It looks right in IE, but Firefox has some issues ... sorry).
Links to other photos will eventually be added to the right-hand sides of some pages, so keep an eye out - the pages won't all look exactly the same if all goes well.
There have been rumblings of a DVD in the past, and though nothing yet is confirmed, one may be available in the near future - with some pretty neat extras! Or so we hear ...

I had an e-mail about TSD's old homepage, thesheiladivine.com. In short, I have no idea who's in charge of it, or how that old HTML has been re-posted rather than the much more recent
(and best ever) TSD page that we knew and loved - the orange one. You remember it, right? Anyway, I have no answers ... sorry! Anyone else know something? Please e-mail me!
11/06/07: Still working out some of the kinks. For some reason, the pages (especially in live recordings section) seem to look better in Internet Explorer than in Firefox. I'm not smart enough to figure out why at the moment, which is too bad because Firefox is all sorts of awesome. Oh, well.
The archived shows are starting to be re-populated, with MANY more to come. If a link doesn't work, please e-mail me and I'll fix it ASAP. Thanks!
10/29/07: I see that TSD's MySpace page has directed people here to find b-sides and downloads - I suppose I better make them available! My humble apologies for
not having everything up at the moment - my files are a bit of a mess right now, but thanks to my new (and MUCH faster) internet connection, I will be re-uploading tons of shows, b-sides, and other fun stuff in the VERY
near future, so please check back soon!
